Cory realizes that everything will be different next year when Shawn decides to work instead of go to college, Feeny decides to retire, and Topanga gets accepted into Yale. Even Chubbie's won't be the same now that it's being changed to Peg-leg Pete's. Is everyone just trying to ruin Cory's life?
My review: This episode was really funny. There's nothing more entertaining than watching Cory go crazy. These writers worked really hard to make everything come together so the next season would work and be believable, which is uncommon in most sitcoms. Memorable Quotes: Eric: "You see, duckies are good because not only do they give you that non-threatening sense of security, but you can feed them crackers and you can ride 'em. See, duckies are the horsies of the ocean. No, they are." Cory: "Okay, somebody explain to me about duckies before I hit him with a spoon." Amy: "It's wallpaper." Alan: "It's for your room." Eric: "Duckies rule!" Eric: "Are those duckies? No, garbage!" -Sumbitted by Jen and Skylar Eric: "Good things are happening to your friends and you need to be happy for them. Otherwise, what kind of friend are you?" -submitted by Goldorn Back to Season 5 |
Episode #112
Originally aired: ABC, 9:30pm, Friday, May 8, 1998 Directed by: Alan Myerson Guest Stars: Trina McGee-Davis, David Packer, Rikki Dale, Zacj Graham, Robert Gorman, Caprice Fisher, Hila Levi What Disney cut out: After Topanga asks the kid in the hallway if he actually gave up Pennbrook because of what Cory said. His full reply is actually, "Yeah, when I told my dad, he took a swing at me."Thanks to DJ, Dave, and Jeffrey for the information! Between Cory carrying Jack out the door and walking to Mr. Feeny's door, Disney added a commercial that wasn't originally there. In the tag ending, after Feeny says, "Alright, here I go," he says, "So, what's with the, uh, bitchin' board, bro?" Thanks to Brad for the info! |
