| Frankie wants to turn his reputation around, so he tries to befriend Cory and Shawn. But Cory and Shawn don't even try to be friends with him, they just use his power to scare people to control the 7th graders. Meanwhile, Mr. Turner's old girlfriend comes to town and wants to reconcile with him. My review: A lot of this episode was funny, but Shawn's little speech at the end was kind of dumb and the whole plotline with Mr. Turner and that woman was painfully boring.
