Cory is afraid to tell his parents that he and Topanga are engaged for fear that they'll freak out. They do, of course, and say that he's too young. Angela tells Topanga the same thing, but Shawn seems to think they're getting married is a good idea. Cory and Topanga decide to elope, but, surprisingly, Topanga freezes when she's supposed to say "I do."
Meanwhile, Shawn changes his mind and decides to go to Pennbrook with Cory, leaving Jack and Eric with a new roommate, Rachel. My review: This was a pretty good episode. After waiting all summer to see what will happen after the proposal, I would say this was adaquatly satisfying. Memorable Quotes: Justice of the Peace: "And this must be the bride with the funny name." Topanga: "Hi, I'm Topanga." Justice of the Peace: "That's silly.
